Cremation Services Provider

Fully licensed in both Illinois and Wisconsin

We offer basic cremations for a fee of: $950

This includes:

Local removal from the place of death
Preparing and filing the death certificate
Cremation rites
On-site crematory at our facility
Cremation alternative container

We accept payment via cash, check, debit or credit card

Payment is due in full prior to completing the cremation services

Quest Cremation Services will provide an alternative to a family that wishes for a simple cremation only

Additional Fees:

Certified death certificates
County cremation permit
Shipping of cremated remains
Merchandise such as cremation urns, keepsakes and jewelry (cardboard cremation container provided)

On-site crematory so your loved one never leaves our care

Upon time of need, the proper next-of-kin or Power of Attorney will need to contact us to arrange a convenient time to meet at our facility so that we may obtain all necessary information and signatures on all required forms and authorizations needed to proceed with the cremation.
